What's new at the Hertie School
Edition 1 | Academic year 2019/2020

Dear Friends of the Hertie School,

We have started the new Academic Year in full force and are thrilled to welcome a record-breaking 250 new master’s students from 60 countries around the world.

With security policy expert Marina Henke and internationally renowned economist Dennis Snower, we are proud to have two stellar professors joining our faculty, now at 35 scholars. In addition, political scientist Simon Munzert has joined our faculty as assistant professor.

We are especially excited about the fresh, new update of our Hertie School brand and the opening of two new Centres of Competence focusing on Fundamental Rights and Digital Governance.

We look forward to interacting with you during this new academic year!

Henrik Enderlein
President, Hertie School
