What's New at the Hertie School
Edition 4 · Academic Year 2017/2018
January/February 2018

Dear Friends of the Hertie School,

Our new semester begins just as Germany faces the uncertainty of a weak coalition government. Considering the state of Europe and the world – and the hopes many outsiders are pinning on German leadership – we are watching these developments closely. You can read more about what our faculty has to say on this subject in a dossier on our website.

Hanna Schwander has joined the school's faculty as Professor of Public Policy and Anna Herrhausen, Executive Director of the Alfred Herrhausen Gesellschaft, is the newest member of the Hertie School's Supervisory Board. We are delighted to have them both on our team.

Read more about these and other highlights in the latest edition of our newsletter.

Enjoy the read!
